Chad L. Johnson is a passionate sobriety advocate, public speaker, and sober coach with over a decade of active recovery. Drawing on more than 20 years of professional experience in residential and commercial real estate across the Portland, OR, and Chicagoland markets, Chad brings a unique blend of leadership, empathy, and real-world insight to his work in the recovery space.
After stepping away from the real estate industry, Chad dedicated his life to supporting individuals living with or recovering from addiction. He is the founder of Sober with Chad, a peer-based sober coaching service, and the host of the Not All There podcast—a raw, real, and often funny exploration of addiction, sobriety, and everything in between.
Chad also assisted in the creation of the MERGE Sobriety in Leadership Summit with Dr. Howard Gluss, and is the creator and host of the Not All There Sober Soirée, events designed to build community, break stigma, and promote the power of recovery. His lived experience, professional background, and deep commitment to service make him a powerful voice and leader in the world of sobriety and recovery.
Dr. Howard Gluss is a Clinical Psychologist, Author, Speaker, and Radio and Television host. As a Psychologist, Dr. Gluss's focus has been Psychological Assessment (Neuropsychological, Biopsychosocial and Forensic), Executive Coaching, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. His clinical experience addresses Chronic Illness, Mood / Anxiety Disorders, Eating Disorders and Obesity, Geriatric and Adolescent Psychology, LGBT Issues, Couples Therapy and Substance Abuse.
